This Christmas Prosecco cocktail is a winter spin on the famous Bellini cocktail.
It’s made with only 2 ingredients - sparkling Italian Prosecco and pomegranate juice (instead of peach pure like the classic Bellini).
This cocktail is refreshing, elegant and bright which makes it a perfect cocktail to serve with appetizers and snacks at the beginning of the party or, just like the classic Bellini, it’s one the top choice for brunches.
Because of the use of seasonal ingredient and red color, some call it Christmas Prosecco Cocktail.
Few people know that in Italy, Bellini gave this cocktails its own name - Tintoretto, after the famous Venetian painter.
You’ll love its festive look and how ridiculously simple it is to make.

INGREDIENTS
- Pomegranates - fresh pomegranates. They don’t have to be extra sweet, medium sweetness work the best. You can also use sour pomegranates which you can balance with a drizzle of sugar syrup.
- Prosecco Wine - sparkling Italian white wine. Brute or extra dry variety. Place it in the fridge the night before making the cocktail. Prosecco should be well chilled.
HOW TO MAKE
Extract Pomegranate Juice
